Check out my Substack! More of This, Please: Sikh Wisdom for Today’s World.
I’ve spent my life studying and practicing Sikh teachings, and as much as I’ve gained, I have so much more to learn. After all, to be a Sikh is to be a life-long student. It’s a path that requires humility, curiosity, and commitment.
Through my years of research and learning, I have come to believe that the Sikh Gurus had a unique way of looking at the world and that applying just a fraction of their teachings could radically transform our lives. In a world that feels complicated and challenging and scary, Sikh wisdom is a balm for our lives. The insights are for everyone, whether you identify as Sikh or not — and that’s why I’m committed to making this space inclusive for everyone.
My Substack aims to bring Sikh wisdom directly to your inbox with tangible, thought-provoking teachings. Together, we’ll navigate the challenges of an ever-changing world, and learn how to use our tools of love, humility, and curiosity to better respond to difficult situations.
